  Log:
  Combine boundary and uniqueID behavior, and do a better job of handling the
  boundary string depending on the Content-Type of the part.
  Allow the encoding argument to setContents to be either a string or the
  c-client integer constants.
  add clearContentTypeParameter().
  Create boundary string at object instantiation so that we don't get different
  output of toString() everytime we run it.
