  Log:
  - Switch giapeto perms over to be in a hierarchy. The parent/child permission checking in giapeto then needs to be implemented natively in Perms:: class.
  - The main giapeto code still needs updating to use this new perm logic and to keep track of moved/deleted pages.
  - Add some caching, this may need to be reworked.
