  I patched the read function (in imc.php) to add charset handling, and the getValues function (in icalendar.php) to use the read function :
  
  - Added another way of handling QUOTED-PRINTABLE because of a specific format in the Mac version of Palm Pilot Desktop export.
  - Added a default charset conversion from utf-8. This might be a problem, so it needs to be carefully reviewed. But RFC 2279 states that without further infos, utf-8 should be assumed as the default. This is the case for the Mac ICal app exports.
