  Log:
  - Try to clean up some code in list.php
  
  - Fix a bunch of session id issues (they weren't being added
  consistently for non-cookie sites)
  
  - Tweak the tiles UI again. I think the border around the tiles is needed for clarity,
  and I've tried to get some better spacing on the various visual elements,
  and to make the views consistent. I'm open to feedback on it, though.
  
  - Ditch the forced sizing of thumbnails in the tile view; I can't really stand how it looks.
  I've opted to keep the width of things in the tile view consistent, instead, but
  to let height vary so space is used better.
