  Log:
  Showing/hiding unsubscribed folders now uses completely cached results (if
  available) or, if viewing unsubscribed folders for the first time, only
  the necessary (i.e. viewable) unsubscribed folders are processed at the
  time of the switch.
  So (finally) IMP's IMAP tree cache now calls init() only once per session,
  meaning we have true folder caching (well, there may be bugs in this code
  but it's pretty close :) ).
