  Log:
  A new 'tasks/listTasklists' API call has been added that's essentially a
  wrapper around the Nag::listTasklists() method.

  The 'tasks/import' API call has been extended to include a $tasklist
  parameter.  If 'null', the user's default tasklist will be used.
