  Log:
  More bugfixes - should now switch between subscribed/unsubscribed while
  correctly showing folder lists and expansion icons (i.e. no more expand
  icons for folders with no subfolders).
  Eliminate some duplicate code (i.e. use insert() to add unsubscribed elements
  instead of calling _addUnsubscribedElement()).
