  Log:
  - calendar/import_vevent is now replaced by the more generic calendar/import
  method.
  
  - calendar/export_vfreebusy is now calendar/getFreeBusy.
  
  - support guids in the calendar/show link method (still needs to be done
  in viewevent.php).
  
  - more progress towards the 4 methods still needed for syncing
  
  - more cleanup.
