  Log:
  Two major changes:
  - add set methods for fill color, stroke color, and stroke width, so we can
  avoid sending a -fill if the fill color is remaining the same.
  - rework arc() to split arcs bigger than 180 degrees in half so we can draw
  them correctly.

  This *should* fix pie charts with the Horde_Image_im driver.
