  category number -> plaintext conversion scripts for (I think) all
  relevant apps.
  
  DON'T RUN THESE YET. There, you've been warned (they work, you'll just
  hose your categories until I finish adapting the apps to deal with
  plaintext categories).
  
  You can go ahead and run the db conversion scripts with no harm,
