  Log:
  * Change getUnits() to getUnitsFormat() call for Services_Weather-1.3.0
  * Not sure if it should be done as is with parameter
  (getUnitsFormat($this->_params['units'])) or should be done without a
  parameter (getUnitsFormat()).  Anyone?  At least this stops the errors
  and reports the weather again.
  * Don't know how backwards compatible this is with older Services_Weather
  releases, but it seems to match the weatherdotcom script, so I guess it
  should be okay?
