  This is part of what I've been working on to replace links. It's a
  generic browser of Horde applications/objects, using a new /browse
  registry method.
  
  Idea is that the new Horde_Relationship package will use this browsing
  ability as the way to pick objects to link to, instead of having to
  write an addlink.php script/UI for every application.
