  Log:
  - bind the SOAP server to our WSDL so complex types are translated properly
  instead of appearing as a generic "Struct"
  - we need "none" for wsdl session control - read-only sessions still
  session_start(), which blocks on flock()ing the session file
  - we need core.php in case the include_path is overridden
