  Log:
  This is the only way I can figure out to get a log out icon shown for me.
  (I use composite authentication with hordeauth set to true - this results
  in IMP::canAutoLogin() being true.  However, I don't have the sidebar showing
  either, so there is absolutely no place for me to log out.  Therefore, it
  looks like we can not simply use the can autologin test by itself because
  it results in situations where a user is unable to logout.)
