  Log:
  - cache results of some calls we use a lot in this logic
  - show a Horde logout link, not an IMP logout link, if we're showing a logout link for whatever reason (no sidebar, settings, etc.) and IMP *either* auto-logs in or provides Horde auth. Giving an IMP logout link when we auto-login doesn't make sense.
