  Log:
  - reduces the number of regex used to build canadian address lookups
  - give priority on zipcode over city/state for Yahoo lookups
  (helps match when the address is not found)
  - forces a space within canadian postal-code (required for yahoo lookups)
  - do not use the "province=" for canadian addresses ("state=" is fine)
