  Log:
  Upon much internal struggling over many, many months, make the decision that
  if mailboxes truly do not live at the same level as INBOX, that don't
  try to display them at the same level as INBOX.
  This has the added benefit of fixing some tree display bugs that result from
  the fact that the way we are displaying the IMAP_Tree structure is not what
  the underlying data structure looks like so calls to IMAP_Tree::peek() may
  not be returning the correct information.
