  Changes from last September, unfortunately no more work on the editor since
  then:
  - support fixed cell width for insert_table
  - fixed keyEvent implementation (don't trigger twice in IE)
  - added ie_checkBackspace which will correctly remove the last char in a link
  - some more checks in isBlockElement and needsClosingTag
