  Log:
  Implement caching for imsp searchaddress results.  Normally, each search or browse results in at least two searchaddress commands being sent to the IMSP server (in order to implement AND and OR searches in the driver).  In most cases some of these searches contain identical criterea and are performed right after each other.  By setting a reasonable lifetime (10-15 seconds) this should slightly reduce load on IMSP server.
