  - Clean up form_helpers.js
  - fix the addEvent() function; it didn't work for me before at all. Also
  much cleaner now.
  - add a standalone addEvent.php file for later use. .php extension is so
  that js files can build on each other with php includes later, for code reuse
  as well as selective inclusion.
