  None of the XP Publishing code is ready to go for 1.0.  As far as I can tell,
  this code hasn't worked in awhile (ever since I began fixing up Gollem's
  authentication code).  I'd like to see this come back after we get 1.0 out the
  door, but in a slightly different fashion.  Namely, I would like to see all
  authentication code handled by our other scripts - it's hard enough to maintain
  one login code, but having a whole separate auth code in xppublish is way too
  difficult.  Thus, I think we need to add some code to Horde to allow a user
  to login via the normal login screen, but have it add the necessary javascript
  stuff that keeps the XP Web Wizard happy.  xppublish.php should be solely
  concerned with providing the browsing/upload code only.
