  Log:
  Prefix folder preferences with the delimiter if they belong to an empty
  namespace to tell them apart from folders from the personal namespace that
  have the namespace prefix stripped.
  This is an ugly hack and will break existing folder preferences from empty
  namespaces (usually public mailboxes in Cyrus) but:
  1) This should happen very rarely
  2) We won't need a script to convert existing preferences
  3) We can share preferences between IMP 4.0 and 4.1
  4) We can still use portable default values
