  Log:
  update to wbxml code. Changes:
  - updated code tables with tokens using data from libwbxml
  - added test script tests/testexamples.php to compare all example files
  against the libwbxml decoder (and later hopefully encoder)
  - using the internal encoder/decoder is now possible by using true
  as argument to constructor. External libwbxml programs are still the
  default.
  - if external wbxml2xml resp. xml2wbxml program is not found: throw error
  rather than try our still incomplete interal encoder/decoder
  - fixed handling of opaque data in decoder: decoder seems now to be working
  pretty well. Encoder still lacks poper handling of opaque data.
