  Bug: 2422
  strangely enough, UW-IMAP (at least my version of 2004e) doesn't seem to
  support the HASCHILDREN/HASNOCHILDREN flag.  therefore, we have to skip this
  shortcut if the server doesn't support it - this fixes being able to expand
  folders on my test UW installation.
  Also, a fix to ensure we don't display the personal namespace in the folder
  list.
