  Log:
  After looking at Rico's LiveGrid, which seems pretty standard in terms
  of what it expects, we want an offset and a number of messages to
  fetch. Therefore change ACTIONS accordingly, change dimp/imp.php to
  expect/pass those parameters, and add an option in imp/lib/Mailbox.php
  to override IMP's maxmsgs preference.
