  Modified files:

  Log:
  + do cache check while saving in a single location.
  + switch to new internal GC method - download all UIDs once a month and remove
  all entries in the cache that no longer exist on the server
  + make sure to delete any mailboxes in memory in deleteMboxes() even if we
  are not using a persistent cache.
