  Log:
  Finally give in and provide a way to override IMAP parameters we obtain
  via IMAP_Client::.  But make abundantly clear in the documentation that we
  are *not* going to provide support for this.  I am not going to waste my time
  answering 1,000 questions about this - this was the whole reason I wrote
  IMAP_Client:: in the first place.
