  Log:
  Add expireCache().
  For most mailboxes, the status of new/recent flags in a mailbox doesn't inform
  us that the mailbox is changed.  The combo of uidvalidity, the number of msgs,
  and the next uid should be all we need.  (We will need to account for
  search mailboxes since flags will matter there, but this needs to be done
  when we change the flags.)
