  Log:
  Add note that msgno *always* requires a IMAP server access.  This is because
  msgno is not a property unique to a UID - rather, it is dependant on the
  current mailbox structure.  Keep it in here since it isn't hurting anything,
  but we will will deal with caching on the mailbox list level instead.
