  Log:
  - remove unnecessary singleton for Minerva_Driver
  - move Minerva_Driver stub class into Minerva.php to avoid unnecessary
  tiny file.
  - remove premature optimization of storing statuses and types in the
  session - makes testing and development very hard, and I'm not sure
  it's necessary.
