  Added files:
    devtools             horde-js-maxcompress.sh 
  Log:
  Add a maxcompress script - adds the dojo toolkit compressor which slices
  another 3-5K or so average off a 50K script. This will obfuscate the code a
  bit (it renames variable names to _#, for example) so it may be most useful
  when we are rolling a release, not during debugging.
