  Log:
  Smoothed out some of the rough edges, and fulfilled the requirements of
  request #4655.
  
  - Merged agenda script with reminders script
  - Run agendas every hour (or the first time after an hour has passed).
  - Agenda is sent the first time the script is run after midnight in the
  user's timezone (Not quite to spec, but less options to overload the
  user this way).
