  Log:
  Revert 1.60.
  Bunch of improvements to folder loading.  Try to avoid calling JS functions
  multiple times - rather, place function calls more intelligently in folder
  loading process to accomplish this.  Combine all preview pane show/hide into
  single function.  in several other functions, avoid doing redundant element
  handling when element is already in the correct state.
