  We have never loaded ContextSensitive in popup windows, so there doesn't
  currently seem to be a reason why we need to disable right clicking in
  these windows.
  Also, remove this IE-specific 'selectstart' event observer.  It doesn't
  seem to break anything to remove - if it does, we will add it back in.
