  Unless I'm missing something, xcache Cache driver was severely broken..setting the cache values, but never actually able to retrieve them.  I believe this takes care of the issue.  The rest of the in-memory caches such as eAccelerator are probably broken as well, but I cannot test them as I do not have any others installed...
