  - Ansel_Tags::listTags() ---> Ansel_Tags::listTagInfo() (more descriptive method name)
  - Add parameter to ::listTagInfo() to allow passing a list of tag_ids that we want info for instead of always returning the full tag list (will be used in a future commit)
