  Log:
  - Standardize on returning an array of tag information containing 'tag_name' and 'total' indexed by tag_id
  - Show related tags on browse/results view sorted by 'total' - I wasn't planning on showing the actual total value on screen, but the info is there if anyone feels this should be shown - tagname (4) etc...
