  Log:
  For some reason, we were calling DMenu from within ContextSensitive - DMenu is
  the name of the variable we use to store the object in DimpCore.  Obviously,
  remove this.  Also, no need for addElement() to return anything. Additionally,
  don't allow context menus with empty IDs (sanity checking).
