  Log:
  Add Home/End keypress handlers.
  Pause when moving with keypress handlers - allows us to arrow up/down through
  the message list without having to load previews of all messages.
  Make Page Up/Page Down handling smarter - if selected message is in the middle
  of a slice, we first move to the boundaries before scrolling on the next
  keypress.
  If no message is selected, or multiple messages are selected, use the first
  visible message as the "base" for movement.
