  Log:
  Might seem like splitting hairs, but use shorter key names for our list folders
  object.  Since we only use the object in 1 javascript function, the tradeoff
  for slightly less readable code is minimized (and the object is now clearly
  documented in DIMP::).  Saves 50 bytes per folder - if you have 80+ subscribed
  folders+, like me, this saves 4KB per listfolders request.
