  I don't see why we don't want to attach sub-mime-parts.
  
  Apple Mail for example doesn't put attachments of multipart/alternative
  messages next to the multipart mime part (ids 2, 3, etc), but next to the html
  mime part inside the multipart message (ids 2.2, 2.3, etc). Even though this
  seems to be wrong, it's more intuitive for the users to use the same list of
  attachments when displaying the message, dowloading all attachments, and
  forwarding all attachments.
