  Log:
  Generalize the metaweblog API to allow for metaweblog, blogger, etc (all mostly done, just not supported), and to make functions callable in the general Horde API layer also.
  
  If this approach is okay, rpc.php and lib/metaWeblog.php should be deleted. Duck?
