  Now that we can properly check for and delete shares for non-existent address books, don't do it yet ;)
  Not until we can figure out how to deal with changing share keys in contact lists (if the IMSP server is temporarily unavailable, this would prune the shares, and when the server is back up, create new shares - with new share_ids)
