  Log:
  First step in getting upgrade tasks that need to run from inside a user session working.
  Code to upgrade the 'addressbook' pref is currently working, but I've kept the line that calls Turba::doMaintenance commented out in base.php until all 2.1 -> 2.2 upgrade tasks are ready.
  Feel free to uncomment and test though.
  
  upgradeprefs task should run fine even if it's run on already converted data, although if someone else could test, that would be great.
