  Log:
  Better handling of application links within DIMP.  Don't send to blank screen
  if menu entries are not configured.  Add documentation to portal.php to make
  clear you need to define in menu array (I wasn't aware of this, fwiw).  Fix
  some internal application links (now prepended with 'app:').
