  Log:
  Moving along with gallery specific styles.  This one adds:
  - (some) image generation fixes to create images with the right background color when a style is explicitly set.
  - Background color for the display area for the gallery view.
  - Skip rounding/shadowing stack images since you wont see it anyway.
  
  Note: The style stuff will *not* be visible yet if you are using jpeg image generation, and also note that we still *always* use 'normal' thumb images for browsers without png transparency...
  
  Still need to flesh out integrating different gallery styles together when viewing top level galleries, sub-galleries with different styles etc...
