  Log:
  Some places that I missed making sure we use the style definition to determint the type of prettythumb to generate. (So far there is only one type)
  Also tweak the params for the drop shadow.  (There seems to be a bug in imagemagick's magicwand library that causes the x,y offsets of the drop shadow to be ignored.  The sigma (blurriness) setting seems to auto-determine the "height" above the shadow the image appears.
