  Added files:
    scripts              create_serialized_styles.php 
  Log:
  I had to recreate this file once to many times...putting in CVS for now.
  Utility script to output a serialized style array  suitable for use in prefs.php
  I also added some info regarding the individual style parameters for those
  interested.
