  Log:
  - Fix an error that caused js to abort if the overlay is turned off
  
  - Turn the overlay back on by default as it used to be in Horde and
  Turba; at some point the script was copied from IMP and it was set
  to off. Now we take care of setting it explicitly in IMP, so IMP can
  have the same script version.
