  Log:
  timeObject categories are now automatically detected by checking for $attributes
  that are monthdayyear and contain a 'time_object_label' attribute set. This
  allows adimins to add arbitrary monthdayyear fields to an address book and
  have them available to the listTimeObjects api without touching any code.
  It also "fixes" exporting time categories that don't actually exist, plus
  allows hiding of fields from the api if desired.
